I contacted them right away with a picture and the response was so quick and easy. They mailed me a replacement frame and it was here within the week. The shipping time was also incredibly quick -- I received the package just two days after placing the initial order!

United StatesFrame was not thick enough for my sweatshirt. The back is bowed out to where it could possibly break the holders. It’s only a adult small. I’m not happy with this product.
